The world that the camera is inside is on the outside of it, what is outside mine is inside here via Photoshop filters.

What is a bollard other then nonsense?
It's a traffic cone, bollards might be somesense but not this.
Oh. We call them witches' hats. See the magic shooting about? Not safe for everyone else ...
That makes sense, this one must be a tiny witch because the hat/ cone walks about on the ground apparently by itself.
