Policeman must have had a very unusual face.
My face would look like that too if seeing a policeman wearing a hat like that! Does he ride a bicycle too? They don't look like that in Australia!
Yes, it's a new thing to have more bicycle police, and I've told them what you said about their hats. But I agree they must be different to wide-brimmed hats with corks hanging off them.
At least ours don't have to waste their breath bicycling or saying "Cork it!"!
